| Hi all! Yesterday's highlight was the Museum of Anthropology at UBC. Lots of interesting artifacts and old carvings, but I particularly enjoyed the contemporary native art. The big carving depicts one tribal origin story - the raven encourages the people to leave the clamshell after the flood waters recede. Today we did more sightseeing - Priscilla turned green again crossing the infamous Capilano suspension footbridge. Tonight we dine at a "First Nations" (native american) restaurant. -Bruce |
